This fall, as a follow up to the Broadway Analysis project, merchants and property owners are looking to pilot a small program to address the chronic issue of trash on Broadway. Keep Newburgh Beautiful and Melanin Unchained are joining merchants and property owners on Broadway to do weekly clean ups along Broadway.
